Hailing from an artistic mother, Margaret Phillips of the Ottawa area, Tania Crook first became involved in face painting at the tender age
of 13 when she suddenly became responsible for the makeup of an entire production of the Wizard of Oz. Far from being overhwhelmed
the experience, it ignited a fire for more - as her teens progressed her Halloween parties took on legendary proportions & people young
and old lined up for her to do their makeup. It eventually led her to face painting for corporate events & charities like Big Sisters for
many years as a hobby until the birth of her son. From that point on painting people went from a hobby to a passion as demand for her
skills grew by leaps & bounds. Media attention flourished reaching a particularly high point April 2009 at Bodyssey Body Art
Convention when after being encouraged to enter last minute by friends & family Tania took First Place in the face painting competition
winning out over many talented artists from all over the world. One of the things Tania likes best about Body Art is the variety - Birthday
parties, fashion shows, Adult venues, Festivals & Fairs, weddings & family reunions, baby showers & blessing ways - Tania loves the
opportunity to try her hand any whatever comes her way. Some of her latest works include Hillside Festival, Guelph Blue's & Jazz
Festival & Lush Cosmetics Canada.

A Technical Illustrator by profession, Billy spent many years in the corporate world where his
work was nationally recognized. Continuing in his profession he eventually began working
as a freelance technical artist encountering many diverse situations and challenges.
Billy first began bodypainting about twenty years ago and has never looked back.
He's met many wonderful people and enjoys the feeling of satisfaction seeing the
transformation that takes place in people when they are painted. "It's like a mask they wear,
becoming someone else for a few hours. Shy people often become uninhibited wearing
their new painted designs....there's almost a strut in their walk. I've seen victims of breast
cancer shed tears of joy after being painted, so proud of themselves for being courageous
and proudly overcoming their fears regarding their body image.....what could be more
satisfying".
Travelling to wherever the job takes us, we have been creating works of bodyart for about twenty years.
As well as creating bodyart at high profile corporate events, we also make appearances at trade shows, conferences, launches, club events, private parties, workshops,
bachelorettes, special events, and one on one sessions.
Bodypainting can be created on-sight during special events as performance art or behind the scenes as promotional material. It's a one-of-a-kind spectacle generating
excitement that will have your clients or customers remembering your event for a long time and telling others all about it.
Marketing your product or brand at special events, or for print media is also our business. Whether you need a new approach for your advertising campaign, a new slant for
your product launch or venue ad, or simply hot and sexy entertainment at your club or private event, we have the answer for you.
We use only the best quality paint and materials. Our water-based liquid body makeup is non-toxic, FDA approved, and made specifically for application on human skin.
Our rates are very competitive.
